The PCA is responsible for administratively controlling the maintenance paperwork flow, including entering/updating data into both Flightstar and customer systems, reconciling tallies, filing audited work package documents, follows up with documents needing correction and producing work order KPI reports daily.

The Fuel Tank Technician performs skilled, safety sensitive manual work to accomplish fuel tank related tasks on aircraft as assigned.

QC Inspectors perform skilled work in the inspection of aircraft parts, structures, and systems in accordance with applicable standards and specifications.

Performs specific NDT tests, calibrations, interpretations, evaluations and inspections for acceptance or rejection, and document the results in accordance with procedures within the method(s) certified. Reads and complies with instructions and safety information as necessary for proper and safe completion of assigned work

The Receiving Inspector performs hands on and visual, dimensional inspections of incoming parts and materials, assessing compliance with standards, specifications and control drawings. Reads and complies with instructions and safety information as necessary for proper and safe completion of assigned work. Systemically and physically performs work in accordance with Flightstar’s RS/QCM, FAA Regulations, and the Customer’s GMM.
