Ricardo Alvarez
General Manager
General Manager
Mr. Alvarez is responsible for the Rionegro MRO facility in Rionegro, Colombia. He guides its full incorporation into the MROH Group and directly oversees all the operational and support areas in the MRO, including Maintenance, Supply Chain & Logistics, Quality & Compliance, and Finance. With over 30 years of supply chain management expertise, he brings broad experience in areas such as operations, manufacturing, logistics, and program management. Drawing on his broad, strategic perspective and servant leadership, his background includes leading diverse, multidisciplinary teams in challenging environments while holding key leadership roles at global companies like the Kellogg Company and Procter & Gamble (P&G).
