Oversees and controls the continuation of aircraft maintenance functions in the area of responsibility as directed by the Line Manager. Work accomplished to provide airworthiness upon completion of the tasks assigned or required by the customer. Plans and schedules departmental workloads and supervises crew operations to maximize the effective utilization of employees, equipment and material/supplies to maintain project profitability as communicated by Sr. Leadership, Maintenance, and Production Control.
The Backshops Manager directs and oversee the operating performance and productivity of Maintenance back shops that support achieving the maintenance visit ETIC and profitability.
Materials Response Supervisor
The Materials Response Supervisor remains customer focused and is responsible for overseeing customer program material requirements. They will act as the primary point of contact for the customer and the Material Coordinator Team. They provide supervision and direction to personnel for all program related material requirements. Provides daily oversight, training, and direction to the Material Coordinators with an emphasis on instilling a sense of urgency and constant communication.
Customer Experience Site Manager
The Customer Experience Site Manager is the connection between the Commercial and Customer support team to the business operations.
Production Support Manager
Direct and oversee the continuous development, implementation and operating performance of the Production Support departments in concert with other administrative support teams to enhance maintenance visit efficiency.
