Acts in a lead capacity providing work direction to Painters as well as performing skilled work in preparing metal and other surfaces on aircraft equipment for painting and in applying lacquers, primers, synthetic enamels, polyurethane, and epoxy with spray guns, brushes and rollers to include painting ground support equipment. Responsible for monitoring paint materials and inventory. Reads and complies with instructions and safety information as necessary for proper and safe completion of assigned work.
Performs skilled work at the full technician level in at least one of the following skills: maintenance electrician, carpenter, plumber, or HVAC technician. Reads instructions and safety information as necessary for proper and safe completion of assigned work under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor.
Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist
Ensures proper disposal of hazardous wastes generated at the Flightstar Aircraft Services (FAS) facilities. Responds to incidents throughout the facility for immediate reporting. Implements environmental, health and safety (EHS) compliance programs and actions to ensure compliance with local, state and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations. Conducts and documents safety inspections, citing dangerous areas and procedures
Continuous Improvement Manager
The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and support for the execution of Continuous Improvement initiatives, that support MRO Holdings’ CI strategy, within the MROH Operating Companies. The role is fundamental in championing and leading productivity, operational, quality, and safety improvements through the application of CI tools and principles.
Talent Development Supervisor
The Talent Development Supervisor executes the people focused culture programs including onboarding, leadership training, and operational systems training. The role primarily supports the efforts and initiatives in the establishment and sustainment of career enhancement programs across the enterprise. The TD Supervisor is measured on the successful participation and outcomes of Flightstar’s talent development programs as it relates to the business strategy.
