The Human Resources Manager plans and directs the routine, administrative functions of the Human Capital department. The HR Manager will collaborate with department staff to develop employee policies that cultivate a positive work environment and integrate these policies into the work environment. Other administrative job duties include monitoring onboarding procedures for new employees, managing time-off requests, handling employee conflicts, and ensuring the company complies with all state and federal workplace regulations.
Talent Development Supervisor
The Talent Development Supervisor executes the people focused culture programs including onboarding, leadership training, and operational systems training. The role primarily supports the efforts and initiatives in the establishment and sustainment of career enhancement programs across the enterprise. The TD Supervisor is measured on the successful participation and outcomes of Flightstar’s talent development programs as it relates to the business strategy.
QC Inspectors perform skilled work in the inspection of aircraft parts, structures, and systems in accordance with applicable standards and specifications.
Manager of Talent Development
The Manager of Talent Development designs, implements and manages the people focused training and development programs which include onboarding, apprenticeship, mentorship, and leadership. The role primarily manages the efforts and initiatives in the establishment and sustainment of career enhancement programs across the enterprise. Responsible for the development and integration of human resources related programs and projects aligned with the company’s business goals and objectives.
Supports Human Capital by assisting with general administration regarding benefits, time and attendance, talent acquisition, workers’ compensation, HR Information System entry, training and development, legal compliance, and other human resources issues.
