Sheet Metal Mechanic
Perform a basic to advanced level skilled work to accomplish sheet metal repairs and replacements of structural parts. Fabricate replacement covering, panels, or fairings by using the removed parts as samples. Reads and complies with instructions and safety information as necessary for proper and safe completion of assigned work.
Skilled in performing work relating to aircraft interior installation, repair and removal due to aging, customization or modification. Interiors Technician repairs, builds, troubleshoots and performs installation and fabrication work on pieces found within the aircraft interior. Reads and complies with instructions and safety information as necessary for proper and safe completion of assigned work.
The Commercial Administrator is the business leader of each account. A multidisciplinary and strategic position responsible to guarantee customer satisfaction by working together with the technical teams of the company through continuously monitoring the key performance indicators while being responsible to centralize and support all the business related decisions and lead the continuous improvement initiatives required to guarantee healthy financial performance.
QC Manager/Chief Inspect
Plans, organizes, directs and controls the overall operation of the quality control department. Plans and directs the development and implementation of inspection standards, methods, and procedures used by the repair station to ensure compliance with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), manufacturers’ specifications, and recommendations. Expectation is to consistently meet set KPIs, set clear expectations for supervisors and hold them accountable to those expectations, and ensure 100% safety compliance at all times.
Leads the stockroom operations in the performance of day to day functions. Ensures team members are applying Flightstar’s standard operating procedures and system processes. Plans and schedules the materials workload to maximize the effective utilization of employees. Performs routine training, reporting, and communication as directed by the Material Program Supervisor. Helps ensure all stockroom operations are performed in accordance with the customer’s program requirements as well as Federal and State regulations.
