The Director of Talent and Culture provides world class human capital support to the organization to include administrative and organizational management as aligned with MRO Holdings. Responsible for directing and overseeing the full scopes of Human Resources functions for the organization. Directs team in the areas of: Talent Acquisition, Training and People Development programs, Compensation, HRIS/LMS, Benefit and Wellness Administration, Employee Relations, Employment Litigation, Workers Compensation, Regulatory Compliance w/various federal agencies, Drug and Alcohol Program Administration, and Succession Planning/Performance Management. The Director of Talent and Culture will work on a wide variety of activities that require confidential matters to be handled with discretion.

Materials Coordinator
Perform as a ‘conduit’ between both the Maintenance and Materials sides of the house. Communicate daily with Leads, Supervisors, Managers, and Customers regarding parts status, off units, and other related material issues that may affect the timeliness of redelivering the aircraft. Driven by the pace of the aircraft, the Material Coordinator (MC) is an integral part of the work booth operations by quickly troubleshooting and tracking down parts and tools through EMX and its Point of Use (POU) system. Monitors due dates and arrival status of ordered parts, coordinating efforts with the distribution center, IPC, and Purchaser to expedite parts procurement as needed.

Work can be performed within a hangar’s satellite stockroom location or within the central distribution center.
