The Lead Avionics Technician leads and directs the assigned crew in performing skilled avionic systems functions, including servicing and repairing aircraft and engines to ensure airworthiness according to customer specifications and FAA standards.

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for supporting the Program Manager in identifying and planning scheduled work aligned with the forecasted workflow and setting milestones.

Organizes, plans, and manages aircraft maintenance and repair operations on second or third shift, as designated. Develops and implements actions and procedures to accomplish aircraft maintenance objectives, schedules, while maintaining good order and discipline of assigned employees. Develops operating plans and manpower requirements for operations on the designated shift.

The Production Control Lead acts as a subject matter expert for PCAs and leads the training and development of the PCAs. The Production Control Lead will coach the PCAs to drive to high levels of accuracy and efficiency on the administrative side of Maintenance and Repair Organization (MRO) projects.

Inspects and maintains tools company-wide. Ensures the proper storage, maintenance and inventory of tools and related equipment is in accordance with company standard operating procedures and policies. Receives, stores, and issues tools and related equipment, and maintains related records.
