Tool Room Technician
The Tool Room Technician inspects and maintains tools company-wide.
Production Control Assistant
The PCA is responsible for administratively controlling the maintenance paperwork flow, including entering/updating data into both Flightstar and customer systems, reconciling tallies, filing audited work package documents, follows up with documents needing correction and producing work order KPI reports daily.
SMS & QA Manager
The SMS & QA Manager develops and administers the Flightstar Safety Management System. This role will design, plan and coordinate with all departments the details of the Flightstar SMS in compliance with industry guidelines and Federal Regulations. In addition, this position will be responsible for the Emergency Response Program, Internal Evaluation Program, technical library and SMS database used by the safety program.
Talent Development (TD) Specialist
The Talent Development Specialist is a key resource to Flightstar’s Talent Development department. The TD Specialist performs as a systems, onboarding, leadership and human capital trainer and is responsible for assisting in the management of Flightstar’s Talent Development programs, such as Recognition, Career Development, Training Budgets. The TD Specialist will serve Flightstar team members through various learning methods pertaining to systems, human resources, and all other non-regulatory training initiatives to improve people performance.
Perform as a ‘conduit’ between both the Maintenance and Materials sides of the house. Communicate daily with Leads, Supervisors, Managers, and Customers regarding parts status, off units, and other related material issues that may affect the timeliness of redelivering the aircraft. Driven by the pace of the aircraft, the Material Coordinator (MC) is an integral part of the workbooth operations by quickly troubleshooting and tracking down parts and tools through AMROS and its Point of Use (POU) system. Monitors due dates and arrival status of ordered parts, coordinating efforts with the distribution center, IPC, and Purchaser to expedite parts procurement as needed.
