Under the Human Capital umbrella, the Human Resources Generalist manages both strategic planning responsibilities and administrative tasks in every area of HR, benefits and employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and compliance. The HRG manages every aspect of the human resource functions and escalates critical employee relations to the HR Business Partner for swift and fair resolve.
Production Control Assistant
The PCA is responsible for administratively controlling the maintenance paperwork flow, including entering/updating data into both Flightstar and customer systems, reconciling tallies, filing audited work package documents, follows up with documents needing correction and producing work order KPI reports daily.
Fuel Tank Technician
The Fuel Tank Technician performs skilled, safety sensitive manual work to accomplish fuel tank related tasks on aircraft as assigned.
Organizes, plans, and manages aircraft maintenance and repair operations on second or third shift, as designated. Develops and implements actions and procedures to accomplish aircraft maintenance objectives, schedules, while maintaining good order and discipline of assigned employees. Develops operating plans and manpower requirements for operations on the designated shift.
The Business Planner is responsible for supporting the Program Manager in identifying and planning the next scheduled work (24, 48, 72 hours) as aligned with the forecasted workflow and setting milestones.
