Production Control Assistant
The PCA is responsible for administratively controlling the maintenance paperwork flow, including entering/updating data into both Flightstar and customer systems, reconciling tallies, filing audited work package documents, follows up with documents needing correction and producing work order KPI reports daily.
The Materials Manager is responsible to oversee all operations and functions of the warehouse and distribution center that includes, but may not be limited to: Receiving, Warehouse Management, Order fulfillment, and Shipping of product to internal and external customers. The Materials Manager is also responsible for all Tooling, People, Safety, Performance, and Continuous Improvement.
The Human Resources Manager plans and directs the routine, administrative functions of the Human Capital department. The HR Manager will collaborate with department staff to develop employee policies that cultivate a positive work environment and integrate these policies into the work environment. Other administrative job duties include monitoring onboarding procedures for new employees, managing time-off requests, handling employee conflicts, and ensuring the company complies with all state and federal workplace regulations.
Director of Corporate Finance
The Director of Corporate Finance plans, organizes, directs, and controls the financial operations of the US-based operating companies of the MRO Holdings group, ensuring accurate financial analysis to support resource allocation decisions and strategies. Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Corporate Finance develops, implements, and administers policies, procedures, and objectives to achieve organizational goals. This role provides advice and recommendations based on operation trends, ensuring diligent metric tracking, leading all aspects related to finance measurement, reporting, planning, close, and forecasting.
Talent Development Supervisor
The Talent Development Supervisor executes the people focused culture programs including onboarding, leadership training, and operational systems training. The role primarily supports the efforts and initiatives in the establishment and sustainment of career enhancement programs across the enterprise. The TD Supervisor is measured on the successful participation and outcomes of Flightstar’s talent development programs as it relates to the business strategy.
