Join our team as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician on 2nd shift and earn a $.50/hour shift differential. We're seeking experienced A&P-certified technicians to perform high-quality maintenance on transport category aircraft. This role involves completing assigned tasks per FAA regulations and company procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards.

Assign, assist, direct, and approve the work of AMT–Avionics employees and lower classifications. Coordinate with Planners to assess, prioritize, and distribute routine and non-routine job cards, ensuring all documentation is completed and returned to the proper location at the end of each shift.

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the Quality Control (QC) Department, including staffing, training, and supervision of QC personnel. This role ensures that all repair station work is performed in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), customer requirements, and company policies. The QC Manager provides regulatory guidance, promotes operational excellence, and supports continuous improvement of documentation, processes, and workforce competencies.

Aircraft Avionics Technician Responsible for installing, inspecting, testing, adjusting, and repairing aircraft avionics systems. Perform operational tests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals to accurately execute maintenance tasks.

Perform a basic to advanced level skilled work to accomplish sheet metal repairs and replacements of structural parts. Fabricate replacement covering, panels, or fairings by using the removed parts as samples. Reads and complies with instructions and safety information as necessary for proper and safe completion of assigned work.
